Key Dates and Information for 2024
  • Orientation class – April 10, 7PM (Wednesday) at the Church.  View a recording of the meeting.
  • Garden registration deadline – April 12.
  • Garden workday – April 27, 9AM to 3PM (Saturday)
  • Garden opening – May 4, 9AM (Saturday)
All gardeners must attend the orientation class in person, via Zoom, or by watching the recording.
Safety Notice
In the past year we have observed people speeding as they enter and exit the property.  PLEASE DRIVE SLOWLY ON THE ENTRANCE AND EXIT DRIVEWAYS AND IN THE PARKING LOT.  Be especially careful as you approach the intersection in front of the building where you would make a right turn towards the parking lot. This is a narrow roadway and vehicles may be exiting. WE RECOMMEND COMING TO A FULL STOP!  Be aware also that children may be present in the area.
 
Careful driving prevents accidents from happening.
Price per plot is $25 
Payment for renewing plots should be made in 1 of 3 ways: 
  • In person on the orientation days
  • Online via the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church website​
  • Mail it to the church
    • Checks should be made payable to
      Holy Trinity Lutheran Church
      (write “Somerset Community Garden” in the memo line),
      and mailed with this form to:
      1640 Amwell Road, Somerset, NJ 08873.       ​
